[Old] Our Schools

Our Schools

International Montessori School “Beautiful Minds” is a private bilingual school declared to the Academy of Versailles. We welcome children of all nationalities and backgrounds aged 2-12 years old in a toddler (2-3 years old), a primary (3-6 years old) and elementary (6-12 years old) programs.

A Montessori school

Our school offers an authentic Montessori education. The Montessori method is a child-centered approach respecting the child’s personality and unique development. Our main goal is to develop the potential of every child. The Montessori environment is perfectly aligned with the individual child’s physical and psychological needs, pace and development stages.
The Montessori method helps the child to develop self-confidence, self-esteem, self-discipline and independence. It aims to stimulate curiosity and the natural desire to learn.

In a Montessori environment, the “absorbent mind” of the child is nurtured by specially designed sensorial material. Its manipulation allows children to explore the environment through their five senses, to focus their attention and to develop their concentration.
Our staff are experienced AMI-trained Montessori educators (Association Montessori Internationale), regularly supervised by the Institut Supérieur Maria Montessori.

A Bilingual school

Our school offers a bilingual environment on a daily basis : French / English or French / Russian. Both languages will be used in everyday life and children will be able to discover and deepen the practice of the second language at their own pace.

An eco-school label

Our school is an eco-school. We wish to keep the children alert to environmental topics and sustainable development. The care of plants and animals, time spent at a farm, and nature outings are scheduled on regular basis in our program.

Throughout the school year 2016-2017, children work on Eco-School Program with educators and parents to reduce and upgrade our waste. In June 2017, the Jury awards the Eco-Ecole label to our institution. We are very proud of it!
Our theme for 2017-2018 will be the biodiversity.
